Change is Good!?!

Beth Terry | August 31, 2008

I’ve spent the better part of the summer working on our brand. What do we do?  What’s the common thread? Where is this headed? Who are my favorite types of audiences and why do I resonate with those groups?
The theme was easy: the thing that makes my heart sing is Resilience. Connectivity. People showing the […]

Life Goes on Within You and Without You

Beth Terry | August 28, 2008

Go hug somebody. Remember who you are. Remember you only get about 80 trips around the sun, if you’re lucky — and don’t sweat the small stuff. Enjoy today. Even the difficult and boring parts. At least you are here to deal with it.

Early Bird Politics… Sunday Musings

Beth Terry | August 24, 2008

There’s a rhythm in the desert. We humans think we’re so different from the other critters that roam this earth, but not really. If we watch how they interact, we’ll find great insights into ourselves and our instincts. Such is true this warm Sunday morning.
During our desert summer I struggle to get up earlier than […]

Without flags and identifying […]

I spent the first part of last week in Coolidge, Arizona. A city so small they still have a population and elevation sign as you enter town. I drove back to Phoenix and hopped a plane 4 hours later to New York City. The hotel I stayed in had […]

  • The Cactus Wrangler

"About 'CactusWrangler.com'"

The way I see it, Cactus is the most resilient plant in the desert. If you find yourself stuck out on the desert and you can get past the thorns, its fruit will save your life. The same goes for us human critters. If we can get past the thorns of our own life, what we find in our core will save us and sustain us.
